Fast forward to three weeks later (by no fault of the service departments--2,700 backorders on this specific part) Shane and his crew had repaired my vehicle. During the process Shane kept me well updated and well informed on the status of my vehicles repair. I never once worried about my vehicle being out of my hands because these folks had taken such good care of me.
